The following Planning Documents include the Memorandum of Understanding between the four original local partners (City of San Jose, Santa Clara County, Santa Clara Valley Water District, and Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority) which established the basic framework for collaboration throughout the Habitat Conservation and Natural Communities Conservation planning process; a Process-Schedule-Decision Chart that graphically illustrates the Santa Clara Valley HCP planning process and schedule, key decisions, and project milestones; a Draft Outline of the Santa Clara Valley HCP/NCCP as of June 2006; and the September 2005 Planning Agreement between the California Department of Fish and Game and the Local Partners (including the cities of Gilroy and Morgan Hill) that includes natural community conservation plan goals and objectives and a preliminary listing of natural commuities and associated species.
